We are experienced Managers, Learning and Development Specialists, coaches and Investors in People Assessors.

Dorothy Shirvell

Originally from a background of HR in the leisure industry Dorothy is an accomplished coach and management trainer and uses the Insights Discovery Model to help clients achieve desired behaviour changes. She is also a very experienced Investors in People specialist and finds the IiP framework a very powerful tool to help clients continuously improve.

Margaret Faulkner

Margaret gained experience in Administration and Personnel Management before moving into Training and Development. Initially she worked with government funded programmes for young people and the long-term unemployed before making the change to the commercial sector. Her emphasis is on adding value and giving the client clearly defined benefits at individual and organisational levels. She also acts as the Internal Verifier for all our NVQ Programmes.

Thomas Baker

Tom joined Qudos as a Consultant in May 1999 after having worked as a Customer Satisfaction Manager in the Telecommunications Industry. He has specific responsibility for our popular Leading and Developing People Programmes. Tom is also an Assessor for NVQs in Management and Customer Services. Tom has worked with a wide range of clients to identify their specific needs and ensure that any development is tailor made to complement both the individual and the organisation.

Kim Haskell

Kim is our Administrator and provides all the "behind the scenes" services that enable us to function. Since joining us in 2002 she has helped to streamline our admin function and often joins us on client workshops so that she can see how the materials she produces are used. Her cheery voice is often the first point of contact for new clients. She is very effective at keeping tabs on us all and promptly keeping us informed of any communications from our clients - definitely not as easy as it sounds!

We supplement our core team with a wider circle of Associates selected for their specialist skills, with whom we work in partnership to deliver larger projects where appropriate.
