We are proud to announce that we have recently become Licensed Practitioners for the Discovery Model, one of the best new personal and professional development tools we have come across in a very long time. We did this because we realised it would help us bring to you some powerful and fascinating tools which will not only help to analyse and identify individual and organisational strengths but also areas for improvement. It is based on personality types and uses colours to describe these which help to make the learning fun and easy to relate to. Most importantly, it allows us to understand ourselves and others better in order to build more effective relationships both at home and at work.

The system uses a simple online analysis tool that captures powerful information about individuals and teams and can help to develop awareness and skills in areas such as:
