Development of Support Staff in Schools

Qudos has worked extensively in the education sector and we have developed a sound understanding of the needs and issues schools face today. In response to requests from clients we have designed a number of development opportunities aimed at Team Leaders - eg Site Manager, SENCO, Senior Lunchtime Supervisors, Senior Technicians - to equip them with the skills and confidence required to carry out their role. 

Our workshops provide a participative relaxed environment where delegates can learn from each other, share ideas and have fun. Group sizes are big enough for discussion and debate but small enough to allow everyone the chance to contribute.

We provide useful tools to take away and use back at school and each delegate produces an Individual Action Plan which should be implemented with the support of their Line Manager.
