Leadership and Management DevelopmentAn opportunity for leaders and managers at all levels to develop and/or improve their skills. Our training and development activities are designed to provide hints, tips and techniques on how to be more effective. This could be in the form of a structured programme over a period, or a one day event to tackle a specific issue. They can be run on-site or at a location of your choice. All our workshops are practical and participative with a high degree of client involvement to ensure that they are as relevant, useful and enjoyable as possible. Topics could include Leading Teams, Managing Individuals, Developing Teams, Leading Meetings, Improving Communications, Work Life Balance, Managing Stress, Assertiveness, Emotional Intelligence We find that the introduction of the Insights Discovery Profiles really enhance the effectiveness of our programmes and create long lasting changes in behaviours within individuals and teams. We can also carry out Management Audits to help you identify the training needs of your managers and supervisors using the National Standards for Managers as a benchmarking tool. This will ensure that any subsequent development programme is relevant, focused and has clearly defined outcomes.
